$250 Up to 1,499 square feet

$275 1,500-2,499 square feet

$300 2,500-2,999 square feet

$325 3,000-3,499 square feet

$350 3,500-3,999 square feet

$375 4,000-4,499 square feet

Houses 4,500 square feet or larger are $400 plus $5 for each additional 100 square feet.

$25 additional fee for houses built prior to 1960.

$50 additional fee for houses built prior to 1930.

Digital pictures are taken throughout the inspection and are included in the written report at no additional cost.
